So today I figured I jump back in the band wagon and start the celebration of valentine's day! I love valentines day! Did you know that in High School I totally went all out for Valentine's Day and would give the surprise of the century to whom ever was my valentine at the time. I can recall one Valentine's week I made myself a secret valentine to the guy I fancied ( I know crazy, huh! I had guts!).. I sent secret notes and and candy and had it sent to the classroom he was in! It was crazy! I even had huge balloons sent to my valentine too!! I mean HUGE balloons and not just one huge balloons, but like five or so!!! Another time I even decorated my valentine's room with candy, hearts, balloons, etc... Hey, if I was my own valentine, I be super excited and loved! LOL!!

Well, I can't say I have continued my tradition of surprise valentine's, cause lets face it I found my man and everyday its a whirlwind romance of him and I! My valentine excitement has now been shifted towards my kiddies! Its all about crafts, gluing, glitter, cards, and etc... Well, today I have begun my new streak, which is to create the best V-day week (give or take two)for my kiddos!! I found sending love notes to my kids are the BEST!! I have four more days until V-day, but so far this is what we have accomplished!!!

But isn't it so cute! I figure tay would love it too, considering she loves it sooooo much when grandma gives her a tree topper.. ( a cute bun on the top of her hair)..fyi.

And OH,, we made her valentine box! This was super time consuming, but ahh so worth it! It was all tay's thinking on adding the fisher woman to the boat and her catching a fish. I googled valentine box and I found some ideas on the web. There are tons and tons of great ideas, we settled for the boat!

I know the pics are blurry. I will need to get a better shot ( with the new camera I am hoping on gettin real soon... fingers crossed)!!

My first and last attempt of the night to get a v-day pic for the kiddos v-day cards to the grandparents... It did not work so well.. good thing I have four more days to get a good shot!

These are tay's V-day cards that's she will be passing out to her classmates.. She glued every eye!!

We are super excited about the day of love!! Can't wait!
