Juicing! Going on Three Weeks?? I think?

I am going on the beginning of my third week. I think? lol Juicing has been refreshing and that's what I like about it. I'm not very much of a morning eater. I have always been like that and its always been a chore to eat breakfast, but I would make myself because its very important to start the day off with breakfast. So, now that I have been juicing, its been great. I don't have to stare at a plate, I can just drink all the good stuff that my body needs. I love it.
I never did the juicing fast. I kind of settled into this routine.
First thing in the morning is I make my juice. The kids too! That's breakfast with a boiled egg, if I feel I need it. The kids eat an egg tooo, plus their cereal or whatever I make for them.
About an hour or so later I eat a snack.. cucumbers, strawberries, an apple. Anything I feel my body needs.
For lunch I try to eat something healthy and good. With lots of veggies.
Snacks are apples, grapes, veggies, any fruit or veggie.
Dinner: I make a juice and drink it before I eat dinner. I usually have a small portion of chicken breast and brown rice with again, more veggies.
I have been doing this for about two weeks going on three weeks. I'm not gonna lie, I have had ice cream, candy, chips, etc... but very little. When I do, I make a harder effort to work out.
I walk everyday and try to use my free weights and do some squats and arm work.
So far the results, I've shed about 8lbs! Yay!
I'm getting this feeling though that I will plateau soon, so I need to pick up my workout routine soon. I'm not trying to do any quick diet, just trying to fill my body up with all the good stuff my body needs and juicing for me is the easiest. ( I only juice apples, lemon, carrots with my ten dollar magic mill juicer I got off of ksl.com and than add it to the vita-mix with all the other greens and veggies) And sometimes I don't use the juicer at all and just blend everything with the vita-mix.
Over all I feel more energized and healthier!
