We came down for Jacob's Baby Blessing! Josh did a good job!
After the baby blessing I always ask Josh one question and that's "What he felt while saying the blessing!" The Priesthood is truly AMAZING.
One of his responses was, " Jacob has a very sweet spirit! That kid has a great work ahead of him and he's gonna do great things."
How wonderful that were given the opportunity to witness such a beautiful thing. Jacob is two months and ahhh so close to Heavenly Father's spirit. I just had to hold him and take it all in.
My sis asked if I could stay and watch her boys because in the next couple of days she will be out of town for meetings for her job. I happily accepted. One thing I dislike about living so far from family is I miss out on opportunities to help, esp my sister, brother, and mom. I stay at home with my kiddos, so it would be nice to watch my brother and sister's kids if I needed to, because they both work.
This is Jacob Notah Redhair! He is such a handsome fellow! I watched this baby being born and I instantly fell in love with him.
He's grown so much in the last month that I last saw him. I get to be his mommy for the next couple of weeks. This will be my first time using bottles to feed. This will be a change, but I'm up for it!
