So this week we left to AZ! Josh took a whole week off and we decided to have some fun! The thought of actually taking our time and not rushing to visit places and people was delightful! Josh physical was scheduled for a Wednesday and we left Sunday morning. We took our time driving to Castle Dale, a four hour drive from Logan. It was so nice knowing we did not have to roll in around one or two in the morning! While we were in Castle Dale the kids played and played! Oh, how they missed Grandma and Grandpa's farm! It was so relaxing to let them run wild and not really have to worry about them getting lost or hurt. The kids had fun playing with Yosea, Allea, Jacob, and Anna! There was company there, besides us, as well!
The next morning, Monday, we had a nice breakfast, thanks to Josh's mom! We let the kids play some more while we packed and got ready to leave. I made sandwiches for our kids and like I said earlier, it was nice to know we were not in a hurry!
Some time in the afternoon we decided to take off and head to Goblin Valley! The kids and I have never been there, so Josh was pretty excited to take us! While we were there the kids played and played! It was a fun little spot. There were tons of rocks the kids could play on and nothing too big.
I had fun taking pictures!
I told Josh I wanted some pictures of me and the kids, since I rarely take them.
Last week I had my first ultra sound! The ultra sound was to help us accurately find out how far along I was. I'm never accurate with my own estimate. So, at the ultra sound we found out I was exactly 16 weeks. The tech was also able to tell us we were having a BOY!! So, there we have it, ANOTHER BOY!
I often tell Josh I want a whole basketball team of boys, meaning five boys. LOL! Well, it looks like we are getting three! We are super excited! This also means, that we are not finish having kids! We know our little girl is still waiting to come down, so I guess until she does, we will have to keep trying. Surprisingly I am okay with that!
The kids are super excited about the baby coming! They often tell me I need to take care of my belly! I am a bit nervous about having four kids, but than the peace comes to my soul and reassures me we are just going to be fine. Things happen for a reason and I absolutely believe that!
Well, back to our trip, we had a great time in Goblin Valley! After about an hour or two, we got back on the road! We had a fun trip back to Ktown!
I think we pulled in around eight in the evening! We sure took our time, but it was a relaxing drive! The kids were super excited to see their cousins! Well, come Wednesday we woke up super early and headed to Page, AZ! Josh completed his physical and all went well. So, we are hoping for the best. We will officially know if Josh got the job in a week or so. After the physical we headed back to Castle Dale and spent the night there!
